Can I return any product?

We never want you to be un unhappy with the garment that you received. We have a guarantee which ensures that if you aren't happy with your order for any reason, all you have to do is give our Help Team an e-mail within 30 days of receipt. Garments need to be unworn and unwashed with all original hang tags or header cards attached. We’ll get you set up with a free replacement or reimbursement. We are happy to help.

What if it is damaged or defective?

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our Help Team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Raindrops Baby for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Raindrops Baby will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Raindrops Baby representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does Raindrops Baby reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Raindrops Baby support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Raindrops Baby.

How do I return an item?

  1. E-mail our Help Team to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color).
  3. Include the Return Authorization Number e-mailed to you in our Help Team's response e-mail.
  4. We recommend that you use a mail service with tracking. Raindrops Baby is not responsible for any items returned to us that we do not receive. Return the item to:
